He has led teams through growth, change, and complex operational challenges across organizations of varying sizes, while also serving on nonprofit boards for more than 10 years, focused on improving the lives of children and families.

Empower Good was founded by Carina Martin, President and Founder, after more than 17 years as a nonprofit CEO, growing it from a startup to a $20+M annual operating budget, serving tens of thousands of children and caregivers each year.
